  1. Take a bubble bath.

  4. Create a mantra to repeat in your head when you feel yourself getting worked up.

  6. Go to bed early so you have time to read your new book!
  7. Light candles and have one night dedicated to yoga and meditation.
  8. Limit your alcohol consumption.
  9. Volunteer.
  10. Make a shopping list and budget, and get it done early.
  11. Wake up early to exercise.
  12. Buy yourself cozy socks and a blanket.
  13. Ask your older relatives to tell stories about their youth.
  14. Make time to get together with old friends.
  15. Don’t be afraid to say no to some holiday parties.
